Client Responsibilities

- Protect nearby surfaces and coordinate pets, vehicles, and occupied areas during active work.
Scheduling and Weather
- Weather, permitting, and material availability may change planned delivery windows.
- We will promptly communicate delays and suggest practical alternatives.
Communication and SMS
- You agree to receive email or text updates connected to your estimate or service request.
- Message frequency is based on project need, with standard carrier messaging rates and limits.
- If you reply STOP to any business text, we will stop non-essential outbound messages.
Liability and Limits
- We are properly insured for business operations.
- Long-term concrete performance depends on soil movement, load patterns, and ongoing maintenance practices.
- All workmanship concerns should be reported promptly so we can review the issue in context.
Dispute Process
- Contact us first with any concern so we can resolve it quickly.
- If unresolved, disputes may proceed under Texas law and in the courts of McLennan County.
- You should keep communication records and photos for review.
